A year of blogging

One year ago, I jumped on the bandwagon and created this blog. And what a year it has been! Here are some highlights:

• First Post. A milestone. Nothing profound, just worthy of mention.


• Sophomore year came to a close and I learned some lessons. This feels like forever-ago, and God's been working since then.


• A Slashdot story I submitted got posted on the center for All Things Nerdy


• I had summer adventures as well as lessons


• I had a letter published in the Echo


• I joined the community over at another blog discussing political matters and am still involved in discussions there


• It being an election year, I did more political thinking than usual


• All year, I was swept off my feet by Josh, but especially on January 29 when he asked me to marry him

I think the last one is my favorite.
