Rethinking shoes: Some say you should be practically barefoot, others like MBT shoes make shoes so you barely feel the ground at all. The 'barefoot' article has really got me thinking, though I think shoes with toes would be weird.

I suspect the barefoot lifestyle would need to begin at a young, young age to be acheivable. And I don't think human feet were made to stand on concrete all day without shoes. Ouch.
I love those barefoot shoes. My coworker got some a few months ago, and completely sold me on them!
