Dressing for the occasion

There's not a dress code at my church at all. When the speaker gets up front to give a sermon, he's typically in jeans, a collared shirt or nice t-shirt, and a sport coat. The nice coat with jeans kinda look silly, but it's what we've come to expect.

This week, the speaker in Sojourn was wearing the typical jeans, t-shirt & suit coat- not until I got closer to him, after he spoke, did I see what t-shirt it was.



I smiled. I appreciate the humor, and the statement.
