Apart from this being a cat, it's a depiction of the wonderful weather we've been having, a nice side effect to global warming. Because of the nice weather, lots of people were out to see the lights last weekend in Downtown Indianapolis.
The lights are finally back on in Monument Circle after a bad windstorm knocked them out earlier this month
